
Dan Gbur - Vice President, Sales

Dan manages lead generation and new business acquisition for IMPAQT, guiding its sales teams and coordinating proposal development and contract creation within an aggressive sales plan. Under his watch, IMPAQT has nearly doubled its growth, attracting the eye of industry analysts and Fortune 500 companies.
His background at advertising agencies makes him the ideal candidate for running IMPAQT’s agency partnership division as well. In this role, Dan taps senior management at interactive or traditional ad firms and partners to address common Search Marketing goals on behalf of clients. Through Dan’s leadership, IMPAQT has united with agencies and delivered coordinated Search solutions, which have outperformed clients' goals. Acquiring these agency partnerships is an emerging opportunity for IMPAQT as more and more creative firms seek out the analytics of Search agencies to support their advertising concepts.
Dan started his 14+ year career in sales and traditional marketing management before moving into direct response and then interactive marketing. Along the way, he learned about the strength of brands, the power of ideas and the importance of results.
A natural relationship-builder, Dan is valued for his collaborative nature as well as his competitive one. He is also valued for his expertise in helping clients improve their interactive presence. At nationally-known Mullen Advertising, Dan supervised the development of numerous online initiatives for leading companies and organizations, including Mellon Financial, Dartmouth College, American Eagle Outfitters, XM Satellite Radio and PPG Industries.
Dan has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA (with a concentration in Marketing Management) from DePaul University.
Dan is a board member of the Pittsburgh Advertising Federation.
