It starts with our renowned three-hour-long aptitude assessment. As our Client Service Team members can attest, this multifaceted assessment runs the gamut from software knowledge and critical thinking to persuasive writing and in-person presentations. It’s designed to explore a number of varied abilities of potential employees before they even get to the interview stage.
Numerous managers carve out time to interview our candidates. Sometimes twice. Then, our CEO (whose plate is never too full to scout for future leaders) schedules a face-to-face for his personal assessment before an offer letter is even drafted.
