
Jennifer Wagner - Director of Corporate Services

Jennifer manages IMPAQT’s internal operations systems and processes, directing the day-to-day accounting and finance activities including the management of client paid expenditures for the leading search engines.
Jennifer also manages the recruiting and employment of IMPAQT Team members and coordination of training and human resource administration.
Her commitment to quality as it relates to employee relations helped earn IMPAQT the honor of being named one of the Best Places to Work in Pittsburgh in 2007. Today, IMPAQT maintains an employee attrition rate at one of the lowest – if not the lowest – in the industry.
New project management and time management processes stem from Jennifer’s earlier expertise with IMPAQT search campaigns.
A prior successful business owner, she has more than 17 years of business management experience with a number of companies, including stints in contract negotiation, recruitment, training and HR management.
Jennifer has a B.S. in Leadership and Information Technology from Duquesne University.
