
Ken Baker - Director, Data Insights & Business Analysis

Ken runs one of IMPAQT’s most valued attributes – its data management capabilities. With an IT team of programmers, project managers, and business-savvy professionals, Ken guides the data acquisition, log file and conversion analysis – connecting disparate data to create meaningful business intelligence for the hundreds of brands in IMPAQT’s client base.
Ken’s team acquires, cleanses, validates, converts, and reports on more than 100 million records a month from a number of sources including search engines, clients, third-party sources and IMPAQT’s own proprietary tools.
He leads the acquisition of data from nearly 250 different sources, integrating some into the renowned Search Decision Support System (ExstoNet™). Through ExstoNet, Ken’s data management team can deliver world-class reporting and detailed analysis on ROI in addition to a host of many other metrics.
Ken’s extensive background in direct and database marketing involves the management of a loyalty database of more than 30 million customers for a large international retail chain with over 4,500 stores.
Ken has a B.A. in Business Administration and Psychology from Washington and Jefferson College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
