
Lori Csaszar - Vice President, Corporate Planning
As Vice President of Corporate Planning, Lori leads the strategic planning efforts for IMPAQT’s corporate operations as well as evaluates new growth endeavors and opportunities for IMPAQT. As a member of the Senior Management Team, Lori brings to IMPAQT more than 15 years of experience in building, innovating and leading high performance teams responsible for the execution and delivery of new technologies, solutions and services. She also brings leadership experience in planning and executing integration efforts in M&A activities both in corporate and legal environments.
Previous to her role as VP of Corporate Planning, she served for over two years as the Vice President of Client Services for IMPAQT, which had tripled in size under her leadership. She guided the team’s effective customer service and organized its operations to consistently exceed client objectives and goals. To meet the demands of the rapidly changing marketplace, Lori spearheaded the development of IMPAQT’s Education Services Team. The Education Services Team not only supports IMPAQT’s employees, but it has also become popular with IMPAQT’s clients for its offering of world class training on complex Search-related topics.
Prior to IMPAQT, Lori was employed at the hi-tech e-commerce company, Ariba, Inc., where she led the Engagement Management Services consulting organization for North America and Latin America. Under her direction, the teams were responsible for managing $75 million in revenue for its Fortune 500 client base. Lori also led Ariba’s global training organization as the Director of Global Education Services for its clients across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia. Prior to Ariba, she worked at the international law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius where she led a team of legal professionals in support of mergers, acquisitions and IPOs.
Lori has a B.A. in Sociology from Westminster College and an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Business School.
When she is not presenting best-in-class service models, she gives back to the community as a board member of the Pittsburgh-based Manchester Bidwell Corporation, a multi-discipline, minority-directed center for arts and learning that employs the visual and performing arts to foster hope.
