Four New Employees Join IMPAQT

Pittsburgh, PA – IMPAQT, a leading Search Engine Marketing firm, has added four new employees to its Client Services and Data Management teams to support IMPAQT's ever-growing client base and enhanced portfolio of Search Engine Marketing solutions.


Natalie Costa was hired as a Search Account Manager. Before coming to IMPAQT, she managed SEO efforts for a small government contract consultancy in Washington, DC. Additionally, she served as a client services manager for a large B2B online publisher, where she was responsible for optimizing the performance of display and demand generation advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 companies. Natalie is a graduate of Penn State University with a BA in Advertising/Public Relations.

Jim Gianoglio was hired as an SEO Search Account Manager. He brings more than five years of Search and Web experience to IMPAQT. Previously, Jim served as a Search Analyst at LunaMetrics and as Director of Marketing for a traditional marketing firm. He has presented on SEO and analytics and regularly attends industry conferences like SES and Pubcon. Jim has a BA in Commercial Arts from Ashland University.

Ivan Stamenov was hired as an Account Group Director. Ivan has ten years of experience in marketing, specifically in the retail sector of Europe. Previously, Ivan supported 1-to-1 and direct marketing efforts for Imperial Tobacco. He also worked for a multinational software company as a Marketing Director, where he both introduced and advanced their SEO and PPC strategies. Ivan has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.

Sean Busa was hired as an SQL Server DBA/Developer. He brings more than 10 years of experience in developing database applications to IMPAQT's Data Management team. Previously, Sean developed database applications for the City of Santa Rosa. He has A+ and IIS certifications.
